Edarias, check out the Gladiator's section of the Forum, it's more geared towards PvP, so you should be able to find some good builds for RA/TA there. scythefromunder dropped quite a few standard Warrior PvP bars for you in the post above.
Since you only have Core and Prophecies skills on your bar, I'm going to hazard a guess that you only have the original Guild Wars (Prophecies campaign), you probably don't have Factions, Nightfall, or Eye of the North? That will make it a bit difficult to get the best skills possible, but it's workable.
I would suggest:
12+1+1 Hammer Mastery
12+1 Strength
6 points left to play with (up to 3 ranks in another attribute)
[Frenzy][[email protected]][Bull's [email protected]][Devastating [email protected]][Crushing [email protected]][Hammer [email protected]][empty][Resurrection Signet]
If you want to stay W/N, the empty slot could be [Rigor [email protected]] to prevent targets from blocking, or [Rend [email protected]] to help your team remove Enchants prior to a spike.
Don't go with either [Endure Pain] or [Demonic Flesh], temporary hp only ends up acting like a spike to your health when the skill used ends, and your Monks aren't going to like that (if you happen to get one in RA, or take one in TA, that is).

Thanks for the help/builds.
I did only have prophecies, but i bought nightfall just then, too, so hopefully that adds a few more useful abilities.
Didn't realise that monks didn't like my temporary hp, i'll shy away from those in the future.
I'll check out the Gladiator's section for sure. Didn't realize it existed >_>

FGJ is now worthless in PvP due to the nerf, IMO. Replace it and endure with frenzy and rush. Change your necro skill to plague sending and you're good to go.

All of those builds posted are excellent, the dev hammer is probably my favorite...
Frenzy isn't usually used on hammers because of energy concerns with [crushing blow], as well as the fact that hammers are well suited to using [flail]... the extra 20% or so damage from not having a shield can make frenzy a bit dangerous too.

Since you have NF now, OP, also check out [Magehunter's [email protected]]. Works well vs. those damnable blocking enchants... WHAM!

But it takes several hits to work and you have to build up ade to use it. The foe would still have the blocking enchantment on him.

Thats why you targetswap and magehunter the monk just as guardian ends - force him to blow his stance(s) at the very least.
It's also quite common for the monk to run straight after a K/D, so if he throws up dstance and then starts to run when he's up you can bullstrike him easily.

You forget that on bars with skills like [hammer bash], [heavy blow] & [final thrust] it's very dangerous to use frenzy/rush for obvious reasons.

Then use frenzy/sprint or frenzy/dash if you are going to take those skills.
